✨About Gina
Gina is a teacher whose practice is rooted in the traditional teachings of India. In her journey she has had the opportunity to train and be immersed in different regions of Bali as well as various locations in Mexico.

She has integrated and infused all of the ancient teachings from numerous practitioners and teachers into her offerings in class and also absorbs these rituals into her own yogic practices.

In Gina’s classes you will experience a heart-centred practice that offers self discovery, reflection, and curiosity. She offers mantra, sankalpa, pranayama, and teachings of the deities. Her offerings of connected movement provide a gateway and tethering of mind, body, spirit.

Gina offers a yogic experience that goes beyond asana - tapping into the divine, and seeking to reconnect with Self and the awakening of Atman (soul/spirit).

✨About Paula
I started my yoga practice around 10 years ago back in my hometown (Spain), in a time where I was living disconnected from my body. A committed practice helped me to decompress my tensioned nervous system, and become more in tune with who I really wanted to be, healing years of conditioning and numbness. This journey took me to beautiful Vancouver, where I studied my first 200 YTT in 2019, and started sharing this healing practice with the world.

Yoga is my medicine and my sacred space, and I deeply believe it can help everyone to find more peace and freedom. My classes are designed to be fun and playful, as well as grounding through different breathing techniques. As a Bio-Energy Healing practitioner, I also bring these teachings into the wisdom of the Yoga practice, focusing on moving energy through the body and releasing blockages from the energy field.

I first tried yoga purely to increase my strength and flexibility, not realising the life-enhancing journey it would lead me on.

In 2016 I had the privilege of attending a private teacher training under the lineage of Sivananda Hatha living with a family in a small town in India. Having yoga passed down to me as it had been passed down to them.

I connect most with practices which are rooted in tradition and when it comes to leading yoga, whether a gentle or strong practice, it is always a slow flow, always mindful and always there to support your intentions. I encourage a playful approach with curiosity and acceptance to explore the body, mind and spirit.

I have now taken a variety of trainings around the world as well as teaching across 4 continents, I am passionate about the connection and community that yoga builds.

✨About Hannah
Hannah is a teacher whose practice is deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of yoga. Her journey has taken her on spiritual pilgrimages through Bali, where she completed her 500 hours of training, and India, where she immersed herself in sacred teachings and devotional practices, living the life of a yogi.

She has brought home a wealth of knowledge and tools from these sacred parts of the world, which she incorporates in both her public classes and her sadhana (daily practice).

In her classes, you’ll find mantra, mythology, and pranayama, as well as mindful movement—creating a space to reconnect to the self. Hannah shares from a place of reverence, inviting students to experience yoga as both a personal journey and a sacred remembrance.

Paige is a dedicated Yoga Teacher and Homeopath who offers a deeply personal and adaptive approach to both yoga and healing. Trained in multiple styles—including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin—she emphasizes bioindividuality, recognizing that every body, mind, and spirit is unique.
Her classes blend Western anatomy with Eastern spirituality, honouring both the science of the body and the wisdom of ancient traditions. Drawing from her background in homeopathy, Paige brings a rich understanding of health, healing, anatomy and physiology to support students holistically. Additionally, she weaves in insights from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Buddhism, and Yogic philosophy, distilling these sometimes complex traditions into accessible, digestible, and meaningful teachings.

Paige incorporates storytelling, poetry, and reflective teachings to create a nourishing space where students are invited to listen deeply, meet themselves with compassion, and attune to the kind of support they need in each moment. For her, yoga is more than movement—it’s a practice of self-awareness, presence, deep connection and transformation.

🌿 What does community mean to Kathleen?

"Community is a sacred circle of care—one that begins with self-love and expands until the stranger becomes family. Growing up in a small rural Nova Scotian town by the ocean, I learned early that togetherness isn’t optional; it’s survival. Without these bonds, we wither.
This truth found me through yoga—a wide-eyed child following grainy VHS tapes, fingers tracing the asanas in well-loved books. What began as curiosity became my spiritual anchor: the realization that community, like yoga, grows through daily acts of intention. As bell hooks wrote:
"We can begin the process of making community wherever we are. We can begin by sharing a smile, a warm greeting, a bit of conversation; by doing a kind deed or by acknowledging kindness offered to us. [...] The love we make in community stays with us wherever we go. With this knowledge as our guide, we make any place we go, a place where we return to love.”
These small acts of tender care are revolutionary. When we carry ahimsā (non-harm) off the mat, it transforms into solidarity. When we practice presence, it becomes active listening. When we cultivate compassion, it demands justice.
This is the subtle alchemy hooks taught—how love shifts from private feeling to public power, how showing up fully, whether on the mat or in the world, stretches our circles wider until no one stands outside them until every "you" becomes part of "us."
